You can download your tickets after checkout. You will also receive an email to which your tickets will be attached.
You do not need to print your ticket as long as you can present it on your phone at the door.
You can buy tickets at the door if the show is not sold out. Tickets sold day of show may also be marked-up by up to $5 per person.

Absolutely. Tickets are not nominative and can be given to someone else.
Tickets are none refundable but can be given or sold to someone else.
Simply try to sell or give your ticket away.
You can simply forward your e-ticket to the person you are giving or selling the ticket to. Make sure the person who received the ticket also has your name to avoid confusion at the door.
Simply contact us and let our team know that you will not be attending but wish to donate the amount of the ticket.
In the main menu go to concerts and events and select the show you would like to get information about.
Towards the bottom, you will see a tab called "day of show schedule".
You cannot bring your own alcoholic beverages to any show.
Some shows may allow your own food to be brought in. Check the information tabs on the bottom of each event for more information.
Unless otherwise indicated on the event page, kids are allowed at every event.
Children of 12 years of age or younger do not need a ticket to attend the event.
Dogs, other than service animals, are not allowed at our events.
